Hired has well-organized hiring system. Scheduling and sending messages to a recruiter are easier than competitive services. Also, Hired has more intuitive UI than competitive services. Jobseeker can get an offer from a company which has matched skill stack. Especially, the Jobseeker can know their suitable level of the payscale from offers.

Great Experience so Far

My experience on the Hired platform has been great so far. The UX around setting up and managing your profile, calendar, and interviews is excellent. The Talent Advocates offer help if you need it, and the recruiters and companies that I've interviewed with have been in line with what I'm looking for in my next role.

Great way to get a job

I thoroughly enjoyed the amount of hands on or hands off the hired experience could be. The platform is great and I landed a job that I like without all the messy hassle.

Interviewing is tough. Hired makes it a little easier :)

This is a tad early in the 'hired' process to leave thorough feedback, however from what I have seen of hired, I am really satisfied using the platform. The user flow of creating a job profile is streamlined and after submission, the introductions to potential companies came flooding in.
