Job hunting is so easier!

I'm really happy I tried out Hired! So far two companies have expressed interest in my profile. I love the idea of the company reaching out for an interview to me, which takes a lot of stress out of looking for a job.

I do not think this system is for experienced hires. But that is the group I represent.

The concept is really amazing

The concept is really amazing, the opportunity to get hired with less effort in a job search for part of the applicants is great, that give me the feeling of being appreciated for the companies, who are looking workers.

The experience was nothing like dice or…

The experience was nothing like dice or indeed prime. The few "offers" were of very questionable quality and the hired staff was not very involved or helpful. Their automated cycle enabled my profile end of december to the 1st week of january. I am sure anyone with common sense knows what the results were. The addition of strong social justice connotations from hired was not an encouraging sign.

Great Experience so Far

My experience on the Hired platform has been great so far. The UX around setting up and managing your profile, calendar, and interviews is excellent. The Talent Advocates offer help if you need it, and the recruiters and companies that I've interviewed with have been in line with what I'm looking for in my next role.
