It's very helpful. I meet some great companies on it. I actually found a job on it.

Unique and interesting platform for job hunt

Excellent platform for job hunt, especially when you want to expand to other areas of expertise and you don't know where exactly might your skills be used for, outside of your domain, Hired has been really effective in connecting and matching interesting companies that I might not have otherwise found myself through other popular sources such as LinkedIn or recruiting agencies etc. And I love the calendar feature to set availabilities!

Great idea. Would love to see grow.

I love the concept. Hopefully they will grow even bigger. Prople applying to multiple jobs on different sites makes very little sense. I think companies should be the ones scaning candidates, they have recruiting services with experienced people for that. I just makes sense!

A good company with good initiative to get tech companies find great talent and take care of the logistics of communication, interviews, exchanging basic information up front.

So far the same as all others...

So far I didn't see any differences from other recruiting sites. I've got two interview requests and both were incorrectly matched with my search criteria.
