Most headhunters play the numbers game…

Most headhunters play the numbers game and spam anyone whose resume matches on keywords, but don't even bother reading it themselves. I never respond to those types. People are more vectors than data-points; we have a trajectory. Hired not only pulled in my resume, but elicited my needs, wants, and aspirations and then played matchmaker. Humans! Humans!

I appreciate the personal approach and being able to work with actual humans, not just a search algorithm.

I like it for ease of use

I like it for ease of use. I would like if there would be more postings for jobs outside of Boston - Burlington / Bedford area.

This is my first experience with Hired and I have to say I liked the process so far. The thing that was unusual was the initial questions. I hope that this will allow a better placement.
