Solid candidate experience ... but limited to major markets

Overall Hired provides a slick candidate experience, well-structured profile builder, and straight-forward process. Hired doesn't really have a major presence in the metro Denver area, and presumably other cities as well. With the exception of two local recruiters, there were no other offers. As a result I was automatically delisted twice, despite emails from hired.com saying my skill set was in demand in the region. My personal experience with Hired was GREAT, but not for my referrals

My personal experience with Hired was fantastic and I found a great opportunity almost immediately. I'm hesitant to give 5 stars only because I referred a handful of exceptional candidates to Hired and none of them were accepted into the system with a message from Hired that there weren't relevant opportunities for them at the time. That was discouraging for everyone involved. But again, I got amazing concierge-like service from them before and after they found me a job.

Easy, Little Fuss

I really appreciated how Hired made it easy for me to find a position which fit my requirements with little fuss.
