A cut above

Wish I had signed up sooner, honestly! Really great leads through Hired: high signal, low noise; and the automated/structured process + dedicated rep have made for some of the smoothest interviews I've experienced probably ever. A few of the profile categorization-type questions read as somewhat ambiguous to me, but everybody's different obv. Five stars overall!

Seamless UX

Seamless UX, nice UI. I haven't yet received any job opportunities from Hired, so I'm only commenting on the web app for now.

Definitely would recommend this…

Definitely would recommend this platform to any other experienced software developer. It's easy to use, well organized, and the number of companies actively recruiting on this platform is impressive!

Communication can sometimes fall off

Communication can sometimes fall off. I appreciate that Hired sends automated messages to the recruiter reminding them to follow up, but I wish there wasn't such a communication gap.

"Good Overall"

What do you like best about Hired? This was my organizations first upgrade into an digital platform to assist us with hiring processes. So going from virtually nothing to this system was a great improvement. The fact that we could see current applicants and where they were in the process was very helpful and saved communication time. What do you dislike about Hired? The interface was bulky and difficult to work with. It was not as intuitive as we expected. Recommendations to others ...
