This is no different from Linkedin

This is no different from Linkedin, and requires more effort to set up. I got contacted mostly by people I had already rejected several times in other cotexts, and they ignored my interests in terms of working arrangements / tech stack interests. It's the same exhausting recruiter spray and pray. If this is to stand out as an offering, you should make sure employers actually take the time to read candidates' profiles.

Provided real job opportunities with competitive companies. Nice to have companies contact you, that way you know they are interested. Much better than having to apply to a job application without knowing if there is any interest from the company.

I had a great experience using Hired. After submitting my profile, I was matched with several companies with a week and jumped right into the interviewing process. Hired was very good about checking in throughout the time I was interviewing. They offered tips and suggestions around how to successfully navigate this part of the process. I like Hired, but wish my desired salary was secret from the companies.

It’s been good so far with getting me in touch with companies that are looking for someone with my skill set and who are willing to pay my salary range. I am worried that I might be low balling myself though by not knowing the range that these companies would be willing to pay.
