Hired is a great concept, the point of failure is that the employers expressing intestest have been completely flakey thus far. It seems like there should be a quality control mechanism put into place that puts metrics on the response from the employers. By allowing them to understand that blowing off an interview and not following up would result in a drop in their follow up score shown to the candidates might motivative them to behave with a bit more professionalism. Different and better

A couple of friends of mine have gotten job offers and placements through Hired.com. I have gotten at least (at this stage) a phone screen - all without really applying to a specific company. The company reached out and applied to me! This is vastly different from many job-search platforms out there, and has delivered results.

A great interface, fast and relevant matches, professional correspondence, and excellent companies.

Hired.com far exceeds industry standards

Hired.com has expanded & automated their operation since the early days when I'd been blessed to received white-glove treatment and great incentives. Things are a shade less personal now, perforce. But they still provide incredibly attentive care. For an "online" career search platform they're defying every expectation... in a GOOD way.

Platform is well made and easy to navigate, easy to communicate with the companies interested in you, and has a lot of great companies on it.
