Good system

Good system. But I didn't receive an email notification from my first interview request. I am not sure why. But overall pretty easy to use.

First off, let me say that I love how Hired does things, and I really loved the concept and working with them. My only concern with them is that their network of employers seems thin in my area (Southeastern US). After 1 onsite interview at one company didn't work out, they went completely dark. I kept updating and revising my profile, but no more matches were found. No tips for improvement, no nothing, just something along the lines of "we don't have anything for you".
