What do you like best about Hired? The information that is provided upfront. It makes is less difficult to toggle between multiple portals to look for contact details. Easier to reach candidates directly. What do you dislike about Hired? Since it's not synced with our internal portal I still have to go and check if they are available. It's not a full replacement for ATS, it'd be better to have it as a one stop shop. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Sourcing, and ability to set comp expectation earlier in the cycle.

What do you like best about Hired? The AI key criteria match will create a large candidate pipeline What do you dislike about Hired? Many of the candidates are recycled and it may take weeks before new qualified candidates are added to the database. Also some of the candidates- that are included in the custom searches do not meet the criteria entered. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? It creates an instant pipeline which reduces sourcing time.

What do you like best about Hired? A huge upside to Hired is the ability to filter so specifically to really target candidates that fit your reqs. My other favorite aspect of the platform is the transparency of candidate information. It's awesome to see candidates' target compensation, skill assessment results, and know that they're actively looking for a new role and you have a better chance to receive a response. The messaging platform and interface are a little unorganized in my opinion. I would rather just have a chat log like LinkedIn type of interface.
