I have made a profile a while ago on Hired but didn't realize how easy it is to manage interviews and message recruiters, regarding opportunities through the Hired site. I guess I wouldn't have realized how good the product is until I got an interview request, but my first interview through Hired is going well and has been really easy to manage. I can see Hired being a place Recruiters go to search for potential candidates.
