This service is great. Through I found a great job

so fast!

I've only been using Hired for a short time now, I think they do a great job pairing you with interesting companies and getting you interviews. The only issue I see is that Hired works very quickly and you get inundated with interview requests. It can be challenging to stay on top of it all, especially if you are currently working and just looking at what's out there. It's a good problem to have, really.

Crap Experience

As a UX contractor, roles come and go daily on other job boards, quick apply, quick response, get the job, dont get the job, all within the space of a day or two. So... it was with a fair amount of frustration that after seeing a role listed on hired.com that I attempted to apply only to be 'cock blocked' by the automated system saying 'your profile is being reviewed and will take 3-5 days'. Didnt even allow me to log in again! So much for quick turnarounds, wont be using this crappy ...

Easy to get in front of relevant opportunities

I was able to create my online profile showing of my skills and experience. Then I get interesting opportunities from multiple companies. Easy and straight forward.
