Very good system
I have a rather specialized and obscure bacground in programming that very few companies need, but I got noticed and a very good company contacted me. This is a very good sign.

Great experience, open and honest
Two days after I joined, I got an upfront (negotiable) offer, with the tech stack, contact details, and overall details explained to me in an open and honest way. Definitely recommend it

Hired is your personal employment assistant
Hired was there through every step during the process. Katie, my personal advisor, was always there making sure everything was perfect. I really felt like I was the employer and the company I was interacting with was the employee.

I did not end up getting a job through Hired, but was impressed with the professionality of their staff and like the way the website is set up.

Good
Easy to use, and it gets companies applying to you. Don't use it as your only channel of job searching, though. There are still companies that use more traditional ways of recruiting.

I liked being exposed to options I would not have thought about.
I liked being exposed to options I would not have thought about. It's like "you don't know what you don't know"... They first feel "foreign" but might be the best thing. Plus it requires pretty much no effort on the candidate's side. I really enjoyed my experience... And at the end of it all I got a bonus... from Hired - pretty amazing!
