Awesome Experience

I was surprised at the response i received from various companies. Hired is better than LinkedIn and Indeed. The portal UI and the tips and advice on the home page are welcome features.

Hired conveys talent advocates as people who support you through the process. The support is not tailored and not very responsive. Should be more indicative of the value you're actually getting. The companies Hired pairs you with (both viewing and offering interviews) don't appear to be the kind I'm looking for. There are far more relevant companies for me to connect to at angel.co.

Advocating for Me

Been great to have Hired on my side. It's particularly nice to have someone advocating for me and matching me with the right opportunities. I also like having a single point of contact for sharing availability with potential employers while active in my search.
