I found my first job out of graduate school from hired.com. Did not have much hope but the first interview from them landed me an offer. Very easy to use and effort free.

You do the great job, but sometimes job description related to wide range of jobs listed by employer but most of it is not related to the specific job. It is not a problem to ask but still.

Cuts out the middle man

Hired is a great recruitment platform that cuts out the middle man. All correspondence is directly between employers and potential employees that they are interested in. Conversing with potential employers is easy. All correspondence is kept track of helping to keep on top of remember who you spoke to about what. I would highly recommend Hired.
