Hired has built a great experience for designers to find new career opportunities. The biggest user hurdle I faced was the application process and getting approved. Since getting approved, the process has been very smooth.

Hired is a great platform

Hired is a great platform when looking for a new opportunity. It's helpful to be able to set interests, salary expectations and skills upfront and have companies contact you if they have a role you're a good fit for. As hired continues to grow and partner with more companies the platform will only become even more powerful. It's also great to have interview resources available if needed but there are no specific requirements that need to be completed.

I love what Hired stands for

I love what Hired stands for: helping jobs find people and facilitating the job hunting process. I'd highly recommend anyone to apply for the process (and the same for any recruiters looking to find pre-screened candidates). While there is no guarantee that you will get a job, you will at least get feedback on your application (whether it's working or not) based on companies that view your profile and whether or not they approach you for more discussion.

No complaints, great platform

Great platform, nice way to fill in gaps in your profile by giving specifics on desired companies. Of course having companies reach out to you is great, but in addition having a career coach that helps you with each step of the process, including after getting offers is amazing! I also appreciated the spontaneous gift card while I was hiring, as well as the hiring bonus since I ended up getting hired off the platform!
