Hired makes a job search easier. Their UI is great when it comes to the openings for which you've been contacted. There are a bunch of reminders to enter your availability for calls even when you've entered a bunch of time. I also received an e-mail asking me to complete my profile when I had already done so to the extent that I cared. But those are small blips.

I found the job I was looking for on HIRED

As a job seeker, I was looking for a platform that would send my resume out there. I wanted exposure. All I had to do was to work on my skills and polish my resume (even though they do offer services about that too). I did and HIRED did the rest. They connected me with the VP of engineering of that company. You don't get annoying messages from headhunters, you get contacted by the companies straight, with info about your salary. You don't have to waste your time interviewing with them. Really good help from the hired team it you get stuck.

Got interview call from only one MNC as I just started 2 weeks back on hired.com. Let's see how it goes further. I liked the idea that Companies shows interest in you rather than you showing interest in companies. Then you can make decision whether you are interested in that company or not. Till now I don't see well-known companies looking my profile. I don't how and when and on what parameters my profile get visible to premier companies like Google, Amazon or other large MNCs
