"Best tool for jobs"
What do you like best about Hired? The ease of use, design and filter, sort options. One touch apply is a good tool as well. What do you dislike about Hired? Wish it could do a better job on exact word search and filter out results which are very relevant. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it to manage our talent pool and update it as and when we need new talent.

Not what I expected
I wanted just casually see their job listing; instead their website prompted me to enter personal profile. I don't care about that.

Fit-in-a-box.
Fit-in-a-box. Unfortunately, you can only look for one kind of job at once. Have N years of experience doing A and M doing AB? You can look for either A or AB. Github is hardcoded - you cannot for example link to Gitlab, Bitbucket... There's also a portfolio field which you can use to link to anything but when you have 3 or more sites (e.g. Github, GItlab and portfolio), you cannot put all of them there.

Unlike other recruiting sites, actually effective...
Unlike other recruiting and application sites, Hired does NOT send you a bunch of (off-target in the first place) job openings to your inbox. Hired merely allows for real hiring managers to directly message you and even allows you to set your available times to take an interview with that particular manager. I've had only high-quality experiences on Hired. Hopefully soon I will also BE hired. Haha.
