Hired is overall great.
Hired is overall great. I have just tried it for a few days and just got on the first stage of hired - scheduling interviews. I enjoy while using it but only found one little inconvenience. The apply (and maybe decline as well) example does not illustrate that it directly send the message without heading and signatures. Interviewers usually will have their greetings and content properly entered there like an email but the response will just like a message if you just follow what is provided ...

One of the most common interview tips is to not state salary requirements. I didn't like that Hired required me to do so. Every single job that came up had a salary requirement that was magically lowered to exactly what my salary requirement was, and I'm concerned that this hurt my salary negotiations even outside of Hired.
