What do you like best about Hired? The information that is provided upfront. It makes is less difficult to toggle between multiple portals to look for contact details. Easier to reach candidates directly. What do you dislike about Hired? Since it's not synced with our internal portal I still have to go and check if they are available. What do you like best about Hired? Understanding the salary bandwidth the candidate is looking for is extremely beneficial What do you dislike about Hired? I dislike that it does not automatically integrate with our own CRMs. Perhaps a plugin would make this better What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hired? It's easy to look through and sift through candidates and understand their background quickly. I also enjoy the coding stat filter I can use to target specific languages. What do you dislike about Hired? The UI to do most tasks are pretty rough. It's not easy to set up your job through greenhouse and the flow into your pipeline is messy. It's also frustrating that it is not required for candidates to provide availability for easy scheduling. "Best in the business!"

What do you like best about Hired? The sheer number of candidates you have for so many different roles and regions. What do you dislike about Hired? Not much. This is a great platform. I do wish there were more people from Eastern Europe. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Filling our pipeline, finding diverse candidates, easy to schedule calls and great Customer Success and Account Management people who provide us with good candidate intel.
