Lacking some functionality

Lacking some functionality I feel like some of the categories are so specific yet you're forced to put yourself into 1 very narrowly defined category. There's a woeful lack of any managerial or leadership type of categories as well. I also find that most of the recruiters seem to pay absolutely no attention at all to your profile and simply go off of what category you've put yourself in. I often get approached for positions that ask for a tech stack that I have no experience with and a ...

Hired is a breath of fresh air!

Of all the job/recruiting sites out there, this is the best. I feel sites like LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, etc want to throw as many resumes as possible at potential employers. Not only are they saturating the pool, but I would also think it is making it incredibly difficult for companies to find good matches. Its been incredibly difficult for me, but not with Hired. Hired, if accepted, is not only a refreshing experience, they seem genuinely interested in getting you hired. They won't ...

Focus your job search with Hired

Hired's job-seeker profile asks all the right questions, and let me customize my search to target positions that I'd be most interested in. Assistance from my assigned Talent Advocate was great, and really helped make the job search even more tailored to my needs. Thank you!

Good, but not the best platform for everyone

The Hired platform is very pushy with trying to push you in finding a new job. It's a good platform if you're trying to find a new job quickly, but it's not the right platform if you want to play the field and see what opportunities are out there.

My only issue so far is the calendar…

My only issue so far is the calendar system is a little un-intuitive. I selected the time zone and a range of hours... why didn't the calendar auto update me as available for that time selection? I had to go in and click on every time slot manually. Seems more intuitive to me that the calendar would auto set me to available for the hours selected and then auto set me to unavailable when a recruiter sets up an appointment.

Intuitive, great value

An easy to use, intuitive platform that offers great value to me as a job seeker. I honestly feel that the matching could be tailored to my skillset a bit more tightly, but I'm still happy with my experience there so far.
