Great platform attracting great companies. It's important for the interviewee to know that in order to get their resume reviewed, you need to use a word heavy resume rather than a graphic resume.

Easy and smooth hiring
I liked Hired's model where there wasn't the painful process of having a candidate apply to every position. The Hired team was engaging and very sympathetic. My only comment is provide more visibility into the process of how employers survey candidates and how the matching takes place.

It just worked.
it just worked. The companies that they connected me to made sense given my background and experience. I would easily recommend Hired.com to anyone looking for a relevant career.

Great service
The service is great, the site is very easy to use and looks really nice. They try to help you with advice (albeit indirect, though there may be a chance they do offer direct) if you cannot seem to match with a company.
