Communication with candidate is good. Offer of guidance through each phase of interview and follow up is good.

One week in action.

Last weekend I decided to complete my profile on Hired. It was a bit awkward to upload resume then manually add paragraphs with work experience, similar to how it was on old job boards. However it did not took too long, just copy pasted verbatim from the resume. There are 3 interview requests for the first week, and one arranged phone interview. I still need to review/ accept other 2. All requests seemingly came from small companies. I put salary requirements slightly above the market. ...
