Very simple to set up profile on Hired and does not require pages of questions to answer.

Neat service. Based on my skills I have received many interview request which never happened elsewhere.

Actually, it was pretty nice. People are contacting me, which is saving me a lot of time. They are able to ask questions to get to know me a bit before the interview. I'd like to see smarter integration with calendars but so far it's great.
