I like approach of hired

I like approach hired proposed to candidates. It saves my time. I don't need anymore to send "most updated resume" or to file huge application forms.

I had a wonderful experience with hired, they have great support and they're always ready to help you.

Great, but slightly flawed, experience

I can't fault Hired; they got me a new job, earning more than I have anywhere else. That said, the experience wasn't without frustration; it was difficult to get hold of my advisor, and I still haven't received my bonus, almost three weeks into my new role. I'd definitely still recommend Hired, because even with these frustrations, it's still been a better experience than with traditional recruiters.

Hired provides a great platform

Hired provides a great platform, and makes it easy for the candidate! The only down side I can think of is that more companies aren't using it!

Hired works!

Hired were effective in finding me my first tech job (although the service is set up more around experienced workers.) They were also super responsive and friendly, and I felt well supported by them during a protracted and difficult interview process. Plus they paid me for finding a role, which was lovely =)

Raquel and Neha were the best!

I really appreciate how available my talent advocates were whenever I needed them. They should both get a raise!

Got several interview invitations which are great but some of them are not 100% suitable - maybe caused by my profile.

So far very easy and convenient

Granted I’ve only been using Hired.com for about a week now, but so far the experience has been great. It was easy to create a profile and get my name out there, and it is convienient that all job posters contact me in a centralized method and with a message and basic details of both the position and employer. Hired also makes scheduling interviews very convenient. I’m pretty confident that I will find exactly the kind of job I’m looking for.
