I think it is pretty good so far

I think it is pretty good so far. One of the things I would like to have as an option to import profile from the resume or from LinkedIn.

Hired.com, a refreshing change from the usual grind

Hired is such a refreshing change from the normal grind of applying for jobs and getting no response, or finding out it's not a good match. With the Hired model you only hear from people who are actually interested in your skill set and are seriously about talking to you.

Pleased with the platform

There is a lot of noise in the job market but Hired just makes everything a smooth process, with a very easy to use platform and with a rich selection of very interesting companies.

I felt it so good to be more in control of the hiring decision process, where companies apply to me and I can see and learn more about them before we proceed. It's a very smart approach for the candidates to get to know companies that are more tailored to them.

One of a kind job hunting site that works

Unlike many other career/job hunting sites, Hired is very straightforward and effective. Rather than manually going through and filtering opportunities and shooting my resumes at each of them, all I had to do was to prepare my profile and set some expectation. Hired helps connect me with employers that are recruiting candidates matching my background. It saved me ton of time and I actually got a great offer within a relatively short time.
