Results. Plain and simple. Been using various sites and tools for years and none compare to the quality of, and results from, Hired.

Signed up a few days ago and I already have some interviews scheduled with some interesting tech startups.

Four quality contacts so far.

I've had four quality contacts in the first two weeks. Not a huge number, but two of those are now at second-round interview stage, and a third might get there. I'd say Hired compares well with Indeed in terms of quality of contacts in my field (software engineering), mainly in-house recruiters rather than agencies. I also like the calendar and reminder features, makes scheduling and follow-up very easy.

I was initially skeptical, since, in the past, it took many months and a lot of work to land interviews, whereas the process of registering for Hired took me about 10 minutes. I was still skeptical even when I received two interview requests within a week of registering. Very interesting job marketplace

Very interesting job marketplace. I've been able to hear from 3 interesting companies in the ~1 week since I uploaded my profile. These are companies and roles that I would not have easily discovered otherwise, and can potentially be good fits for me (I'm rather picky about job roles I take on, generally focusing on quality instead of quantity).

Easy to set up, clean UI

I'm new to job search. Hired was easy to set up, clean UI. It seems that Hired actively promotes its users - sounds good. Not sure what happens in between active promotions.
