My entire experience with HIRED.com has been very professional while delivering a fundamental purpose. The company structure combined with its great UI and customer relations department provided a highly productive career matching service I'm proud to share with my colleges.

Swift response to job seekers

Hired works hard to match you with Clients and will respond to you even if there is no available openings. I personally love this approach. unlike other recruiters who will never respond to you when there is no job matching your profile. The good thing is that Hired will also help shape your career

Great user experience

Great user experience. Received several interview requests from good companies in the SF and SV areas with minimal effort on my part. The platform is easy to understand and has very little friction. I "Highly" recommend Hired to candidates looking for jobs who do not have much spare time or haven't searched for jobs recently.

Great low effort-high reward format. You set up a profile and companies come to you. Was approached with some very interesting opportunities and received insightful interview support along the way.

Should be able to have a small amount of companies I could reach out to.

Would be great to have a bit more transparency on the total amount of companies that are looking on here, and to maybe be able to promote one's profile a bit better. But it makes sense, as this is a defining factor of this service. Perhaps a limited (2-4, or 1 per interview request) amount of available pings to companies.
