Hired really works. Within a 48hrs of signing up, I got a number of interview requests.

Very fast and excellent service

Very fast and excellent service, as soon as I got registered I started receiving offers right away. I would go as far as ro say this is the best job search tool on the market atm.

Horrible mobile experience.

I can't see anything on Hired on my mobile phone. I get links to questions or interview requests but the links are often wrong and I have to search for content. I don't feel like it's a personalized at all. I get job interviews for companies in countries I can't work in.

Good UI

Good UI, however, would like to see a better mobile web experience. Blog posts are helpful as well.
