"Fantastic Hiring Platform Overall"

What do you like best about Hired? Honestly, it’s what LinkedIn recruiter used to be like when developers actively responded to messages. They have a variety of different methods to keep users active in this tool. I can confidently say that it’s one of the best sourcing tools on the market to find active and available talent online! What do you dislike about Hired? Not all developers accept the message invites. Recommendations to others considering Hired: If you are in the Tech recruiting ...

"This is how you make recruitment simpler."

What do you like best about Hired? The best thing regarding Hired it's easy integration with the ATS. It is very handy, especially keeping in mind that on Hired you can find big talent pool ready to be reached. What do you dislike about Hired? I think that search engine sometimes can not understand precisely my searches. Sometimes it is hard to look up for example only for back-end engineers. The second thing is shortlisting candidates, it could be more intuitive. What problems is Hired ...

"Good platform, abit of duplication between it and ATS; need to be quick!"

What do you like best about Hired? The ability for candidates to mark their preferences, tech skills, salary expectations and upload a full CV/resume. This allows you a full picture of the candidate prior to reaching out. What do you dislike about Hired? It feels like having to do duplicate admin work due to having to update it and the ATS. Also that a HM seat isn't able to message, this takes up alot of time when working with multiple HMs who have a job/seat. What problems is Hired solving ...

"Hired is the best recruiting product I've used in my career."

What do you like best about Hired? The conversion ratio of candidates to offers is higher than other tools that I use. The quality of candidates is much better than tools like Linkedin Recruiter. I also appreciate the fact that there are dedicated account managers to follow-up with candidates who are unresponsive. What do you dislike about Hired? There's nothing specific that I dislike about the Hired tool. However, something I have noticed that could use improvement is the overall UI for ...

"Next Level candidate supply service"

What do you like best about Hired? Hired constantly adds candidates to the database while their CSMs and Accoubt Managers meet with POCs from companies to stay calibrated in order to optimize every aspect of the hiring process. What do you dislike about Hired? It isn't a good use of time when candidates accept interview requests and then go dark. Candidates should be given a 5 business day window to keep their conversations active. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting ...

The site and application was simple

The site and application was simple. Got one lead that led to an initial call with a recruiter. Then series of tech interviews and an offer.

"I have had success using it, but also exceeded all of my searches."

What do you like best about Hired? Product design/easiness of integrations. Its very simple and the info is layed out well for each person. What do you dislike about Hired? limited candidates and its annoying to scroll a lot to see everything. Would be great if you can see the profile and info in one view. What problems is Hired solving and how is that benefiting you? Tech hiring, which is always hard. Top quality candidates and more info to learn on them then you'd get elsewhere.
