The site seems to be designed for low to medium experience programmers. As a very senior developer, I find it hard to fit in with your model. The questions that you deem critical, are not relevant to me so I can not complete the request for interviews on your site. Take a look at LinkedIn and you will see a more appropriate model for really senior developers.

As a portal Hired is great and would recommend adding it to your job search platforms

As a portal Hired is great. Good platform. My profile have been up for 1.5 weeks now. I got one real interview and two calls from recruiter. I expected more. It is very highly possible that i didn't include information in my profile that well but still was excepting some more responses. Having said that, as a career guidance website i would recommend Hired. It cannot be replaced with you other job search like directly applying to companies or constantly searching on LinkedIn and indeed but ...

It seems hired.com is effective in what there are doing. I used several other sites like Hired.com. But none of them connected me with any company. Only hired.com found positions for me.
