Overall good, could be streamlined with a few more features.

I wish there was an alert on my phone when I have items to which I must respond. Several messages from Hired have landed in folders I do not keep up with daily. An alert on my phone would go a long way to keeping me up to date. It would be nice to see a list of companies which I would like to exclude a list of companies in my profile. So far, It feels like Hired truly is a company that makes it or breaks it when it comes to matching a potential hire with a potential employer. The whole team has been incredibly supportive and fast with reaching out to the hiring companies.

Need more companies contact potential…

Need more companies contact potential employees. Over 6 weeks, only had two companies reach out to me with one interview. The other company has my date/time availability but hasn't contact me after their initial contact for an interview. Would like a better notification method so you can respond faster to employers.
