There is no proper way of separating contract vs permanent, which is always annoying as most of the requests coming to me are for perm.

Extremely easy process

Extremely easy process. Hired facilitates interviews and most of the contact with potential employers. The exclusivity also cuts down on nonsense broadcast recruiters. Unfortunately, as of January 2019, Hired no longer awards a monetary signing bonus, as was the case in the past. That was an excellent perk for using Hired.
