Hired is great for middle road…

Hired is great for middle road engineers but there's no market for managers and / or anyone looking to make mid 200's

The platform is good

The platform is good. But I'd like to know the group of users it focuses on. Is it a platform for experienced workers?

I got three interview requests first…

I got three interview requests first day it went live, and to companies I never thought of applying to. It also saves a lot of manual job search time.

Most of the things are great, but

Most of the things are great. The one little gripe I have is that the system which shows average salaries offered based on experience, is a bit wonky - (e.g. one day it says £50k, but £75k the next). One has to use other tools to determine the state of the market, especially when moving in to work from abroad.
