Hired, when I first started using it... was not a good experience. It's been a couple years since then, and the experience seems significantly better. I've gotten several interviews from them, however, haven't completed any as of yet. The biggest issue I used to have was that there was no accountability for the companies after the interview. Hired is a solid platform for finding software jobs
Hired has, or at least puts a lot of effort into seeming to have, a very "exclusive" platform. It's not a free-for-all marketplace like most other sites of the same nature. The design and user interface is very well done and doesn't include a bunch of extra junk. They assign someone to help you if you need, although I haven't used this feature yet. The interview offers I've seen have all been serious and good matches and having my preferred rate known to them ahead of time alleviates a lot ...
