Nice platform for job seekers

I joined hired platform a few weeks ago and now I am actively looking for a new job. I got few invitations from several companies in US and Europe and some are in interview process. I think it's good platform for job seekers.

What do you like best about Hired? Ease of use and the overall UI are very helpful What do you dislike about Hired? Not able to find the core skill sets and the search options/parameters are still not sharp or hyper-focused. IT roles are still not part of this database? "I've had a great experience with Hired, candidates are strong and responsive."

What do you like best about Hired? I like that the platform is straightforward to use and get started. Also, there is a constant stream of new candidates entering the platform, and they generally respond quickly. I don't feel there are any competitors that I use to this platform other than LinkedIn recruiter, and I think the two are best used in tandem. What do you dislike about Hired? I dislike that the integration with Greenhouse continually makes duplicate profiles of candidates that I ...

"A very sleek interface that solves for a lot of the problems present in modern recruitment services."

What do you like best about Hired? It sounds simple, but just knowing that everyone on the platform is actively looking for work is a big deal. It solves for the biggest pitfall of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, which is never knowing if your reach outs are falling on deaf ears. What do you dislike about Hired? The only thing I'm still uneasy about is the accreditation system they use. Profiles can earn badges, awarded from test completion - sure, we've all seen this before - but what ...

"Great Tool for Sourcing"

What do you like best about Hired? I love that candidate's range expectations are there so there isn't too much questioning in the offer call at the end. I enjoy you can schedule interviews there with their availability. What do you dislike about Hired? Sometimes it only shows less than 10 people with people I've already viewed even though I may change the filters. It's a little too selective. It would be nice if there was also more diversity. The diverse button doesn't provide much. What ...
