Nice platform for job seekers

I joined hired platform a few weeks ago and now I am actively looking for a new job. I got few invitations from several companies in US and Europe and some are in interview process. I think it's good platform for job seekers.

What do you like best about Hired? It sounds simple, but just knowing that everyone on the platform is actively looking for work is a big deal. It solves for the biggest pitfall of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, which is never knowing if your reach outs are falling on deaf ears. What do you dislike about Hired? What do you like best about Hired? I love that candidate's range expectations are there so there isn't too much questioning in the offer call at the end. I enjoy you can schedule interviews there with their availability. What do you dislike about Hired?
