Hired does exactly what it states it does. They follow up with you, but are not pushy or annoyingly pro-active at the same time.

Hired does the hard work for you

I love that the onus is taken off me to search for jobs, Hired's technology does most of the work there. I fill out my profile and specify what kinds of companies I'm looking for, and companies reach out to me – some of which I wouldn't have applied for but found interesting. I'd like to see more custom options for the types of roles I'm looking for, but other than that I love the platform and it gives me back some of my time to focus on other things and not going through lists of open ...
