A Cut Above the Rest!

Hired.com is a tight, efficient and very targeted job source. As it carefully vets its user's resumes, skills and past work history before it accepts their application to appear in its database, it provides businesses with a strong group of applicants without the endless time spent vetting and weeding out the unremarkable.

Excellent site.

I got introduced to Hired via LinkedIn. I was a bit skeptical at first but thought I would give it a try. Next thing I know I got 2 interviews and ended up accepting one of the offers. I have been recommending it to all my friends who are looking for their next job.

Strange experience

Needed to delay my promotion start date and was berated by the person who was helping me, even though I had let them know I had a family emergency and had to go overseas for bereavement. Career "coach" was completely unresponsive during my 2 week promotion period. The day after my promotion period ended, she messaged and claimed all my emails had been filtered out of her inbox, and next time it happens I should just give her a call at a number that was never provided to me before. Great experience and very good easy to use. Everything from the stream of notifications to responding to interview requests have been great. I have not yet done interviews with companies on the platform but have a few lined up. I'll update my review if necessary depending on those experiences, but everything seems great and very transparent so far. Great work to the Hired team!

Worth the time!

My time with Hired has been very pleasant. The ability to take a less active approach in initially finding a job that suits your needs is an interesting concept. Being reached out to by a recruiter that is interested in you makes for some deep conversations right away, ultimately allowing you to see how you culturally fit much quicker in the process.

Most of the company are start up, so you barely have contact with big company. But it depends on your needs.
