I think that the platform is not that great

I think that the platform is still not very mature. I give a 3 start because I have been hired using the platform, but I have also face bad companies. CONS: I had 3 interviews, 2 of them had also the following issues: - long time between message replies (days), even if the platform is doing well to inform you of incoming messages the companies ignored it - long responses after first stage interview: 3 weeks!!!! - company ignoring what you are looking for (i.e. remote working) - missed ...
