Salary Requirements Ruin Hired.com
The interview requests I received required technology stacks that I was not familiar with. Further, by posting your salary requirements, companies only offer you what you post - thus undercutting you in pay. Good experience
I had a good experience with Hired. My assigned "career coach" Nina was very helpful. She provided me just-in-time resources to help me prep for interview, understand and negotiate compensation package. The only thing I hope to change is allowing candidate to set expected salary range instead of a fix number.

I get recruitor message in a quick…
I get recruitor message in a quick manner. The staff from Hired.com even reach out to me soon after I was contacted by the recruitor. I didn't reply to the Hored.com staff is because I am not sure how professional this staff from hired.com can be in terms of coding interview. I would still recommend Hired.com in general because I was contacted by a recruitor soon enough after u sign up on Hired.com.
