The Hired experience was very good. Unlike other sites I did not end up with an endless stream of spam when I created an account and the contacts that came to me from top notch companies and were all very applicable roles. Having the personal contact from Hired was also unique and helpful

It is an excellent service. It gets companies come to you instead of applying yourself individually. And it is totally free! The Calendar facility is great! It allows you to set up your availability so that companies know when is your best time for an interview. You immediately get the follow up from real people from Hired after each interview. All these work is behind the scene making the whole process so smooth!
