The assessment is great. But there is no mention of updating your assessment after the period is done. No term established in order to retake in the same or another language, like a 3-6 month period.

Hired takes a lot of the ambiguity out of the process. That's a major reason to rate it highly. The fact that they review and vet candidates and allow them in if they're quality, gives employers confidence and appear to reduce the perception of risk. Look, if you're hiring people, you're taking a risk. It's nice to know someone is trying to have your back.
