I've had two interviews requested, but haven't had them yet, so I haven't gone through the whole process, but the one aspect of the site that didn't work great was the test cases on the skills assessment. The system allows you to add test cases, but it's not clear what happens with them once you do. They don't get added to the list of tests that are executed when you run your code.
