Got calls from companies immediately once I signed up. That too good companies. I got a job offer from one of those companies via hired as well. Highly recommended. Better than any job recruitment websites out there.

The scheduling isn't super intuitive because you are really selecting overall availability vs for that specific job

Hired.com is awfully greedy

Hired.com is awfully greedy, pushy and an apology of a recruiting service. Their candidates are only there to see their market worth. Their sales is gimmicky - saying they have a service or a subscription etc as they please. Avoid them at all costs. Their candidate quit on us as soon as he joined but they still did not give us a refund.
