Hired is a great platform

Hired is a great platform! The account managers are really helpful and usually always available. They constantly check-in and provide useful tips to help you through the annoying and gruesome interview process. I'm happy to say that I found a job through this platform! I would say the only thing that I have feedback on: Posting a min. salary can be good + bad for the candidate. It can set expectations but it can cause awkward conversations throughout the process. Generally a positive experience

I used Hired for a month and received 5 interviews and 1 offer (within those 5 interviews). Pros: + UI is clean. Flow looks straightforward. + Minimal effort. Company will contact you so you don't need do much. Cons: - Useless calendar. I give up on updating it manually. - Still smaller numbers of interviews comparing to sending resumes via other platforms. I got like 20+ via other platforms. You could argue those cost more effort than Hired, but I am more concerned about if I have more ...

I emailed Ryan earlier this week

I emailed Ryan earlier this week. I told him my story, then he decides to tell me he is too busy and did not want new clients. Could have told me that instead of wasting my time initially. Disappointing for a company with great reviews. Do NOT recommend. Unprofessional and thrives on wasting time.

Overall experience has been below average. I see improvement, but Hired isn't my go to for opportunities.

Employers find you

Having employers reach out based on resume, rather than you casting a resume out for every position gives a much higher success rate on matches in my experience.
