Hired Reviews in June 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Good service

Good service. I’ve received four interview requests since joining and the companies have all been friendly and valued my experience. One feature I would like to see are more assessments in specific skill areas. For example, I would like to be able to upload code samples for interviewers to view. This would hopefully cut back on the amount of technical skill assessments employers require as part of the hiring process.

Thus far it's been the best experience, with the most straightforward approach. I like the availability calendar which avoids the usual back and forth for scheduling between companies and candidates. We'll see how well their approach works in the future based on whether I get a job or not, but so far it's been great.

I have had the right amount of applications and remained honest, and believe this is a much better process, to speak directly to the company. Depending on experience, there will be plenty of opportunities, although I am casually looking I still get plenty with a strong background.,

The job search process becomes very easy with Hired.com. You just set up your profile and wait for interview offers. I can easily schedule my interviews and talk with companies. That's great.

Great Overall

Overall, my experience with Hired has been a positive one. I appreciate having the insight I need about companies, roles, and salary ranges before committing to discussing opportunities further. The only negative I have is regards to the juggling of the number of offers that can be provided at any given time. Due to timing constraints with working and interview processes, it can be hard to enter the process with more than ~2 companies at once. If more companies are reaching out to me ...

I love the new approach to connecting…

I love the new approach to connecting with engaged employers. The job search process in the tech industry has been pretty awful for the past decade despite all of the tools/technologies available. So far, with Hired I've already engaged some companies which match my search objectives more closely than I've ever experienced previously.
