Some things I've noticed so far... You can set your desired base salary - although companies throughout the country will still use this base salary as a starting point, regardless of the difference in cost of living from where I based the base salary off of. When I receive an intervew request, I can only Accept or Deny the request. I would like the ability to chat with the company a bit before I Accept or Deny. It's a fantastic platform
It's a fantastic platform. The active interviews page is a bit bulky and unwieldy. I like how Angel List organizes it on the left hand side.

I continue to get job requests from outside my preferred locations. And if I do not respond to interview requests within 24 hours my profile gets suspended. Will be terminating my hired account and use alternative resources.

Great Platform and Transparent Process
They even assign someone for each profile to talk to and get suggestions from, which is definitely a bonus.
