Hired is a phenomenal site for job seekers! It provides interviews which employers can trigger once a job seeker completes their profile. Quite complete and thorough job seeker profiles are which also allow the seeker to set their availability. Having had 3 quality interviews with top-flight companies, my satisfaction with Hired is profound.

Great experience overall. So much better than sending random cv and hoping that someone answer. All the offers I had via hired were solid and interesting. Really a breath of fresh air in the job hunting process.

The platform provided lots of high quality opportunities and I never had to shop my resume around. Employers who contacted me wanted to hire me so it was up to me if I wanted to join or not. The talent managers were great and there if you needed them. They are also proactive in reaching out, even for people like me who were not actively seeking employment but just keeping a passive net out.
