What do you like best about Hirebook? I've been utilizing hirebook as a way to gain insight into my employee's weeks and performance issues. Hirebook makes it easy for them to tell me what's going on in their daily lives, and gives me the ability to address the issue then, save and remind me later, and schedule a review with the team member directly in the app.

I feel closer to management and more willing to confide in them when there are outside issues that may be hindering me from doing my job to the best of my abilities.
