Awesome Concept! Not awesome follow-through.

What do you like best? I loved how Hippo Video can intigrate with other programs like HubSpot and Gsuite. The campaign feature is really slick potentially. What do you dislike? Campaign feature didn't seem to work properly when I needed to actually do a campaign. Tech support wasn't usually available when I needed. The last straw for me was when I was trying to copy the link to embed in an email campaign that I was using through HubSpot. The code was showing up and I asked for help ...

Fantastic company to work with!

What do you like best? The platform is really easy to use. I love being able to send video messages in LinkedIn. The customer service is also top notch!! What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything bad...they are great What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am engaging with my prospects in a much more personal way!!

What do you like best? Sign up process is easy, easy uploading and editing videos and I like the tool being a Google Chrome plugin. What do you dislike? Having pay an additional fee in using our own domain. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for the any business marketing team to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great tool for the marketing team to upload and edit videos and sharing on social media.
